| Journal Description : | The journal ”Doctrina ?i Jurispruden?a” is devoted to the research and case law studies both in civil and in criminal matters. It involves several interest areas, such as criminology, both substantive and procedural criminal law, execution law in criminal matters, European law, constitutional law, migration studies, International and humanitarian law a.s.o. The case law references contain the courts of law decisions pronounced by the Romanian judicial authorities in the most interested cases in civil and criminal matters.
The articles submitted to this journal are analysed within a peer-reviewed process carried on by the Editorial Board, which consists in high-respected specialists, both theorists and practitioners.
Taking into consideration its scope, the journal is addressed to those who would like to improve their knowledge in civil and criminal matters, both students and lawyers already specialised in one of these law areas.
