A avaliação editorial prioriza (sem exclusividade) os artigos que consigam relacionar estas áreas entre si, em especial com ênfase nos temas mais amplos da sustentabilidade e ou da transnacionalidade.
Biannual journal published by the Law School at the Social Science Center of Applied Unioeste - Campus of Foz do Iguaçu - Brazil. The project's proposal is to publish studies in the form of articles, reviews and interviews of the various areas covered by the scope of legal sciences that show direct relation with the topics of: Law and Sustainability; Constitutional Law; Economical Law; and Transnationality. The editorial evaluation gives special (but no exclusive) value to texts that relate between these diferent topics, specially concerning sustainability and or transnationality. |
