It is a peer-reviewed journal aiming to reach electronically for all national and international institutions and individuals free of charge. The journal is published three times a year in April, August and December. The Karadeniz Medical Journal is only published electronically. The publication language of the journal is Turkish and English.
Bati Karadeniz Medical Journal is a peer-reviewed journal covering the fields of education and practice of health sciences and professions, and encourages the development and exchange of knowledge in these areas. The primary purpose of the journal is to contribute to the development of these fields by providing national and international knowledge sharing in the field of health sciences (basic medical sciences, clinical sciences, surgical sciences, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, health management, social work, nursing-midwifery, audiology and gerontology) and occupations. The journal also provides the exchange of information and practices from different cultures and societies to new professions and practices in their fields. The journal includes scientific original research, articles and review articles covering all fields of health sciences and professions. The journal publishes reports on the researches being carried out, papers presented in scientific and professional seminars, research summaries, book introductions and translations. |
