| Journal Description : | "Annals of the Professional Association of Geographers of Romania" is a magazine that aims to promote and encourage Romanian geographic research, by publishing the papers in Romanian language and by ensuring their proper quality. Perhaps some of our colleagues are wondering: Why was a new publication still needed? Will we be able to sustain such a huge range of magazines? How will detach this magazine over others?
The "Annals of the Professional Association of Geographers of Romania" mainly address to the researchers in the field, to those who want to express an idea or a set of original ideas and which would provide additional systematic information, a method or methodology, a start to tackling a very complex issue related to space, nature, society, economy, behaviour of human communities, etc. New interpretations of the process of development and growth of territorial complexity, of the historical evolution of some geographical entities, of the critical presentation of the work of geographic or non-geographic researchers, who have made remarkable contributions to the development of geography, are appreciated. The magazine also supports dialogue and cooperation with other specialists from related fields, who can find their place among the authors of this publication. |
