This research analyzed the total monitoring reports annually from the promulgation of the Municipal Education Plans of the 7 (seven) municipalities that make up the micro region of Colatina in the State of Espírito Santo including the municipalities of: Alto Rio Novo, Baixo Guandu, Colatina, Governador Lindenberg, Marilândia, Pancas, São Domingos do Norte. Existing monitoring reports for the year 2017 were impacted in each municipality from the enactment of the law of the respective plan until the year 2019. The objective was to develop this study, analyze the fulfillment of the goals and implement the Municipal Education Plans. A research analysis was carried out through the documents obtained from the Jones Santos Neves Institutes websites and from Synopsis Statistics for the construction of tables and graphs. The methodology used for the research was exploratory, bibliographic and documentary in the monitoring reports of the mentioned municipalities.

Academic background is supported by three pillars, teaching, research and extension, that complement each other in the students learning process, joining knowledge and experience. Through scientific initiation, the student has the opportunity to improve his learning through academic research and will be encouraged to reflect on the acquired content, boosting the use of critical sense. However, in the face of a pandemic, the teaching scenario changes due to difficulties and limitations in the field of scientific research. Based on this, the objective of this article is to address the students experience in times of pandemic, highlighting the importance of research in undergraduate and professional life, proposing an update of the productions in Community Social Psychology in the North of the country, from 2000 to 2020. The basic method for producing this article is a bibliographic search in the academic bases of Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) and Google Scholar. Furthermore, the analysis revealed that the closure of universities due to COVID-19 affected the production of academic projects. In contrast, it brought alternatives for the continuation of complementary activities carried out online, allowing the student to participate in national and international lectures and congresses, expanding access to scientific dissemination practices. Regarding the execution of the research project, it is noticed that there is a small number of theses in Community Social Psychology in the Northern Region of the country, where only two theses in this area, were found in the state of Pará.

Diseases that affect oral health are topics of epidemiological studies due to their high prevalence and severity. Dental caries is considered the most common oral disease worldwide. Knowledge of the epidemiological situation contributes to the formulation of public policies, in the provision and execution of oral health services in a community. The purpose of the present study was to carry out a bibliometric analysis of scientific productions on oral health and caries surveys between 2010 and 2021. The articles were selected from the Scopus and Web of Science databases and the search strategy was limited to the Descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS): dental caries, oral health, and dental health surveys. The search resulted in 906 articles and the RStudio® software ensured the extraction, manipulation, and provision of technical results on oral health surveys from the worlds scientific production. Considering the country of the corresponding author, Brazil leads the scientific production, Saudi Arabia stands out in research with international cooperation and the authors preference for the publication in “Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology” journal is clear. The conceptual structure demonstrated the strength of integration between authors and publication sources, the intellectual structure revealed the co-citation network and the history of investigations, and the social structure revealed collaborative networks between authors, institutions and countries.Therefore, bibliometrics allows a structured analysis of the large volume of information in science, contributes to the review of previous investigations and presents the direction of future research.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the applicability of mechanisms to protect children and adolescents at risk due to parental alienation practices, in the light of guiding principles in the field of law and current legislations. The research brings as initial parameters the general explanation of the referred practices and the consequences that this phenomenon implies -in particular the parental alienation syndrome -in order to analyze the effectiveness of Law 12.318/2010, which deals with this subject and has been object of many debates in the legal system, especially when there is no adequate evidence, which results in its inapplicability. The objective is, therefore, in the face of numerous discussions, to debate whether there would be a need for the repeal or just the amendment of the aforementioned law. The theoretical basis of the article results from the research of doctrines, laws and scientific articles, related to the proposed theme, whose technique will be of analysis by the deductivemethod. To the proposed, it was concluded that it is possible to bring social effectiveness with changes in law 12.318/2010 in order to guarantee the legal stability and security of the alienating parent and the child and adolescent who live with the common practices of the alienated parent. It is also possible to verify that if the parents do not use the children as an instrument of revenge, hatred and contempt, the child is able to use means to support the parents marital breakdown, without causing permanent consequences to the physical and psychological integrity of the childs mental health and of the teenager.

This article discusses the psychological impacts present on children as a result of the social distancing required by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is during childhood that the beginning of the socialization process takes place and the restriction of physical contact brought up several feelings in the children, such as: fear, boredom, difficulty concentrating, irritability and restlessness. Moreover, remote classes required the active presence of parents and guardians, both during classes and school activities. In order to study this phenomenon, the proposed methodology included the modalities of bibliographic and documentary research to cover: specific legislation on the functioning of schools from the beginning of the pandemic until the month of April 2020, the analysis of journalistic articles published in the newspaper A Tribuna de Vitória in April 2020 and the study of Vygotskys socio-constructivist theory. Data collection accounted for 248 journalistic articles from the following sections: cities, daily life and special report. After submission to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 31 articles were considered and grouped into six categories: parents, schools, concentration difficulties, fear, boredom and changes in eating patterns.

The present study addresses an issue of impact in Brazil, since many elderly people are in a state of abandonment by their family members. The protection of the elderly by law is essentially based on the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Elderly Statute, created by Law no. 10,741, of October 1, 2003, whose provisions ensure protection, safety and quality of life, in compliance with the principle of human dignity. Even with the omission of the Elderly Statute regarding civil liability for the emotional abandonment of the elderly person, the Federal Constitution expressly presents the duty of children to take care of their parents, especially in what is extracted from articles 229 and 230. Thus, despite the lack of a specific rule on the subject, the study presents the possibility of civil reparation for moral damage against a child or family member who emotionally leaves the elderly.
