Estimation of Clinical and Neurophysiological State of Cognitive Functions during Epilepsy in the Background of Anti-Consumer Therapy | Author : Janna Nazarova | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This article is a mandatory component of the clinical picture of epilepsy and has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. Their severity depends on the duration of the disease, the clinical type of seizures, and the specific clinical form of the disease. According to diagnostic criteria, cognitive impairment predominates in symptomatology and is less noticeable in idiopathic epilepsy. |

| Cognitive Functions in Patients with Chronic Cerebral Ischemia Depending on the Presence of Venous Cerebral Dysfunction | Author : Janna Nazarova, Nodira Abdumavlyanova, Nozimakhon Mirkhaetova | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Clinical, instrumental and neuropsychological examination was carried out in 110 patients with chronic brain ischemia of the 2nd degree on the background of hypertension of the 2nd stage. The subjects were divided into 2 groups based on gender. Signs of venous cerebral valley significantly more cases in the group of women. It is shown that the group of women with cerebral venous more patients had cognitive impairment (MMSE scale). Also, the low rate of induced cognitive potentials in the brain (the method of cognitive evoked potentials) was more pronounced in women than in men. It should be assumed that in hypertensive disease, the presence of concomitant cerebral venous dysfunction aggravates the course of cerebral ischemia, especially in women. |

| Respiratory Disorders during Sleep with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease | Author : Janna Nazarova | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :In this article, the severity of changes in gas exchange is proportional to the degree of deterioration of 24-hour pulmonary function tests, specifically the partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and carbon dioxide (PaCO2) in the arterial blood, but the difference between day and night gas interconnected gas levels are very soft and topics with daily PaO2 60-70 mm Hg as well as art They are released in “desaturation” by the saturation behavior of nocturnal oxyhemoglobin and other issues are discussed |
