Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This study aims to identify the public value factors of the implementation of e-government in Indonesia from the perspective of government officials. To answer this objective, the results of a literature review from previous studies have been used that have identified six dimensions of public value and their respective factors. Survey data were collected from heads of government agencies in 33 province in Indonesia. The public value model is tested empirically through confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the crucial factors of public value e-government are: (1) increasing the quantity of information and public services ; (2) more responsive government operations ; (3) greater possibility of fairness, honesty, equality ; (4) better political possibilities and innovation ; (5) requesting good information for decision making; and (6) citizens have better access to government information and services. Research related to the public value of egovernment implementation has never been carried out in Indonesia, so this study makes a significant contribution as an initial step in the evaluation and development of e-government in Indonesia.

Author : Célestin GBAGUIDI, Mathieu Tossou |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :African writers involved in the trend of writing to re-establish the socio-cultural identity of Africa countries have not failed to mention the status of women in African communities. On the one hand, for some writers, the status and position of the African women since pre-colonial, colonial and post-colonial periods have not changed. They have presented the women as inferior beings in all fields. They have portrayed them as human beings with no authority while men hold all authority. On the other hand, others have symbolised Africa as a woman who is in search of freedom and independence. Thus, they have portrayed mature, independent and capable women taking initiatives in the post-colonial period. The aim of this paper is to critically analyse The river between and A grain wheat and highlight the evolution of womens status and position in African communities from the pre-colonial to the post-colonial era. With the feminist and post-colonial criticism, this paper concludes that women have moved from the status of a dispossessed person to a status of a leader capable of suggesting and taking the lead of activities for the development of communities.

Women as Intellectual Actors: Shafii Jurisprudence Perspectives and Gender Justice |
Author : Akhmad Nawfi Anwari, Edi Sucipto, Raudatul Jannah |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The patriarchal culture among the people is still prone to occur. Some communities still have a tendency to distinguish between men and women in terms of rights and certain rituals of worship that seem to override the position of women, especially when pursuing higher education. Whereas Islam has firmly raised the status of women, women want to be equal to men without any difference other than their faith and piety to Allah Swt. There has been a shift in the notion that women are naturally at home as wives and mothers for their children. Women began to voice their rights to be able to take part in external life as the rights obtained by men. This study uses the library method by taking heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography steps. The results of this study indicate that ancient patterns of thought still deviate and need to be removed, especially because of the patriarchal culture still inherent in society. In Shafii fiqh women have the same rights as men, especially in education. From a gender perspective, men and women have equal rights in accordance with Islamic guidelines. The role of women is not just taking care of the domestic sector. More than that, women are very influential in the development of civilization. Therefore, pursuing higher education is very feasible for women without worrying about ridicule from the outside as Islam has raised the status of women to a very noble position.

Author : Ageng Jelly Purwanto |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Learning mathematics which is carried out conceptually, usually make students feel bored, less interested, less creative, their abilities do not develop, and mathematics learning achievement has so far not been satisfactory. Efforts to improve mathematics learning have been carried out for a long time in various ways and objectives, one of which is the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. One of the lessons that can be carried out to support the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka is Realistic Mathematics Education so that a study is carried out by implementing Realistic Mathematics Education in class X BD students at SMK Negeri 1 Pujer with the theme of Online Lending. The research desian is classroom action research using a qualitative approach with one cycle consisting of (1) Planning, (2) Action implementation, (3) Observation, and (4) Reflection. From the results of the study it was concluded that students understanding of mathematics subject matter of single interest and compound interest with the theme of Online Lending increased. This is evidenced by the activeness of students during discussions, the results of simulations and accurate student calculations and students interest in learning about the advantages and disadvantages of Online Lending other than what has been discussed.

GRP78 as a Target for Prevention of Age-related Cataract By Regulation of Reticulum Endoplasmic Stress |
Author : Nugraha Wahyu Cahyana |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Cataract is the most common causes of blindness worldwide. The most common kind of cataract is age-related cataract. Measures to prevent the development of cataracts are urgently needed. Significant data suggests that increased endoplasmic reticulum stress is a significant role in cataract development. The goal of this review is to investigate the involvement of endoplasmic reticulum as a factor in cataracts caused by the buildup of unfolded proteins from lens epithelial cells. GRP78 is one of the key signs of endoplasmic reticulum stress, and it promotes the UPR to limit the increase in unfolded protein levels. The significance of GRP78 signaling in cataract prevention is discussed in this paper.

Author : Iffah Nafia, Nurul Umamah, Marjono |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This research is development research which aims to determine the effectiveness of using e-modules as products that have been developed. Innovation in the form of interactive and innovative e-modules based on life skills is urgently needed considering the development of science and technology and the currents of globalization which have an impact on the field of education, as well as student involvement in active learning, improving skills and being able to solve problems is really needed. This study uses the ADDIE model. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The research samples were three SMA for observation and one school for trials with 32 students. The validation results from the development of interactive and innovative electronic modules show that the electronic modules have met the validation standards of material experts of 96.3% with very good qualifications, validation of linguists reached a percentage of 94% with very good qualifications and validation of design experts reached a percentage of 89% with very good qualifications, and 88% individual user test with very good qualifications. Based on learning outcomes using interactive and innovative e-modules based on life skills can be used as learning resources in schools for students. Evidenced by an increase in student learning outcomes through small group trials using an effectiveness test formula of 80% with high qualifications, and large group trials of 0.78% with high qualifications. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes after using interactive and innovative e-modules based on life skills as a learning resource.
