| Post Covid Auto Immune Mediated Encephalopathy by Caspr2 Auto Antibody: The Report of Neurological Division o f “Carlo Poma Civil” Hospital of Mantua | Author : Mirko Avesani, Alfonso Ciccone | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :A recent cross sectional study ( Liu, 2021 ) suggests that SARS CoV 2 infection has a potential long term impact on the cognition of patients: we have to face with post covid syndrome and with long covid syndrome, the first characterized by symptoms in regression after an year by infection, the last with persisting symptoms after an year by infection. As the COVID 19 pandemic is still raging in many countries and is expected to last for a long period, the long term cognitive sequelae may bec ome a major publi c health issue long after the pandemic has ended. Longitudinal studies to follow up patients who have recovered from COVID 19 are necessary for better understanding the long term cognitive consequences of COVID 19, particularly among those who have recovered from severe disease. But these are not the unique problems of the so called NEUROCOVID. Neuromuscular manifestations of new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection are frequent, and include dizziness, headache, myopathy, severe (also axonal) Gui llain Barrè Syndrome and olfactory and gustatory disturbances. Patients with acute central nervous system disorders, such as delirium, impaired consciousness, stroke and convulsive seizures, have a high mortality rate ( Shimohata, 2022 An other severe condition is rappresented by autoimmune encefalopathies COVID related. The encephalitis/encephalopathy that causes consciousness disturbance and seizures can be classified into three conditions, including direct infection with the SARS-CoV-2 v irus, encephalopa thy caused by central nervous system damage secondary to systemic hypercytokinemia (cytokine storm) and autoimmune-mediated encephalitis that occurs after infection.

| School Principals Support for Distributed Leadership: A Review of Transformational and Distributed Leadership Literature | Author : Makanjuola, Seyi Joseph, Bankole, Sunday Adelowo, Dr. Ogunbiyi, Oluwadare Deji | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This literature study focuses on the relationship between transformational and distributed leadership in educational settings, aiming to provide insights into the compatibility of these leadership paradigms. Contrary to the assertion that transformational leaders might resist distributed leadership, the synthesis of empirical studies and theoretical frameworks reveals a nuanced dynamic. Transformational leaders, characterized by visionary thinking and inspiration, are inclined towards supporting distributed leadership practices by empowering staff, delegating authority, and fostering collaborative decision-making. The literature underscores the importance of contextual factors, such as organizational culture and leaders willingness to relinquish control, in shaping the effectiveness of distributed leadership. Considering the practical implications, an integrated strategy that acknowledges the benefits of transformative and distributed leadership is paramount. Instructors are encouraged to develop dynamic, adaptable leadership cultures specific to their learning environments requirements. Further empirical research is necessary to deepen the understanding of the interplay between these leadership styles, especially in diverse educational settings.

| Implementation of Legal Protection for Women Victims of Physical Violence by Police Investigators of the Women and Child Protection Unit | Author : Mustika Payung, Juanrico Alfaromona Sumarezs Titahelu, Hadibah Zachra Wadjo | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The relationship between husband and wife should be a good example for their children. This relationship can be based on happiness and harmony. But in reality, wives in their position face a lot of domestic (economic) neglect and violence from their husbands, both sexual, psychological and physical violence. A number of womens considerations in handling domestic violence issues in their families make some victims hesitate to immediately report to law enforcement officials and take legal action to find a solution). Based on the facts that occur, most women and children are often victims of domestic violence. The number in Indonesia is very high, around 24 million cases or 11.4% have experienced acts of violence. The dominant violence experienced by Indonesian women is domestic violence or domestic violence, such as maltreatment, rape, harassment or infidelity committed by the husband. The problem in this paper is whether women as victims of physical violence have obtained legal protection? Based on the results of the research, it is found that women as victims of physical violence have not fully obtained optimal legal protection because when the victim finishes making a report the Police investigator at the Polres/Polresta level, especially at the Women and Children Protection Unit (UPPA) must take her to a safe house but this has not been done. Then when the victim finishes making a police report and returns home, the Police investigator/investigator at the Polres/Polresta level, especially at the Women and Children Protection Unit must collaborate with other family members and neighbouring parties to provide protection to the victim in the form of supervision but this has not been done. So it is suggested that the Indonesian National Police at the Polres/Polresta level, especially the Women and Child Protection Unit can work together with community leaders and religious leaders as well as the government at the sub-district level to actively conduct socialisation about legal protection against women of physical violence in the household so that women as victims no longer feel afraid or pressured to report the acts of violence they experience.

| The Importance of System Transition in The Transfer of State Assets Management to Public Institutions: Analysis at The State Islamic University - Public Service Agency in Indonesia | Author : Slamet, Achmad Diny Hidayatullah, Imam Bani Mustolik | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :State Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia have experienced a paradigm shift in their management, one of which is the State Islamic University. More than half of State Islamic Universities have Public Service Agency status. They focus on teaching, research, and community service as their primary business and must manage assets professionally and with economic value as potential income. This study seeks to uncover and assess asset management and management transformation of UINs with BLU status. This study uses a qualitative research paradigm with a multi-site approach. This research used in-depth interviews conducted naturally with key informants at three state Islamic universities in Indonesia that have had BLU status for more than ten years. These three universities are considered to have experience in managing assets and carrying out transformation. Data analysis approaches are Domain and Content Analysis. The research data is presented in four domains: cash management, tangible asset management, intangible asset management, and endowment fund management. Research data found that UINs with BLU status still manage assets in a normative and conservative manner. This finding is because UIN, which has BLU status, has yet to transform its university management fully. This study shows that there are demands for UIN with BLU status to transform from a government institution into an "agencification" and semi-autonomous system in line with the delegation of management of state assets from the central government.

| Modelling The Relationship Between Cyclical Output and Cyclical Unemployment: Empirical Validation of Okuns Law - The Case of Morocco. | Author : KHLIFI Khalifa, GOURCH Abdelwahad | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The aim of this study is to analyse the dynamic relationship between economic growth and unemployment in Morocco. By examining the validity and asymmetry of Okuns law. Based on quarterly data covering the period from 2000 to 2022, we adopt a dynamic modelling of Okuns law, with the aim of estimating its elasticities during recessions and expansions using an ARDL model. The results of the study show the existence of an inverse relationship between GDP and unemployment with a strong persistence of the unemployment rate. The asymmetry study showed that unemployment reacts more strongly to negative deviations in real GDP than to positive deviations. In terms of policy implications, the study recommends the need to reform the structure of the Moroccan economy so as to allow the integration of a greater number of workers, while stimulating economic growth through the promotion of labour-intensive investment. Involving the Moroccan economy in a process of structural transformation is a crucial element, and investment in areas such as innovation, R&D or digital technology can help to increase real gross domestic product and consequently reduce the unemployment rate.
