The rapid development of batik makes batik makers need to pay attention to the production process carried out, In carrying out the activities of making stamped batik, it has not been supported by a special work table. Still using an ordinary stamp table that is less comfortable to use for stamped batik. So that in doing their work craftsmen have low productivity and efficiency. This research was conducted at PT XYZ to evaluate and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in stamped batik makers through ergonomic work table redesign. The research method used is case study-based quantitative, with a population of PT XYZ employees who work as stamped batik makers. Primary data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Posture measurements were carried out using the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire, to determine musculoskeletal complaints including 28 muscle parts in the musculoskeletal system on both sides of the body right and left. Then posture measurements were taken using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assesment) method. The results of the NBM questionnaire showed that before the improvement of the stamp batik had a high chart of complaints of pain in the musculoskeletal muscles and also the results of the REBA score showed a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders, especially in the neck, shoulders, bronze, arms and legs. After the implementation of a more comfortable stamp work table design and stamp stove table (Adjustable) there was a significant decrease in the REBA score decreasing from 8 to 1. This shows a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders, so that ergonomic work table design can reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders at PT XYZ and increase worker comfort.

Sharshar | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Two field experiments were carried out on the yield of pea crop in soil naturally infested with annual weeds and broomrape (Orobanche crenata Forsk.), at Sakha Agricultural Research Station, Agricultural Research Center, Egypt, (31°07N, 30°05E) latitude. longitude) during the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 winter seasons. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of sowing dates (25th October and 25th November) and five weed control treatments on growth, yield components of pea as well as its associated weeds. A split plot design was used with four replicates. The main finding revealed that the studied two factors were dependent, The highest significant reduction percentage on controlling weeds included broomrape was obtained by using either of pea growing in 25th November with weed control treatments (Basagran at 0.5 L fed-1+ Select Super at 0.25 L fed-1 + Round up Star at 0.04 L fed-1 (twice)), (Alpha Top at 0.5 L fed-1 + Fuselied Forty at 1.4 L fed-1 + Round up Star at 0.04 L fed-1(twice)) and (Stomp Extra at 1.7 L fed-1 + Fuselied Forty at 1.4 L fed-1 + Round up Star at 0.04 L fed-1 (twice)), on controlling annual weeds, broomrape and on increasing pea yield and its components. Analytical methods employed in this study include descriptive analysis through company profiling, Porters Five Forces model for industry competition analysis, and an assessment of open innovation as a mediating factor for competitive advantage. The findings reveal that key success factors contributing to competitive advantage in the scrap metal trading industry are economies of scale, marketing capabilities, access to capital, raw material supply, and technology utilization. The application of Porters Five Forces, when mediated by open innovation, strengthens the relationship between open innovation and organizational strategy, ultimately leading to sustainable competitive advantage. Competitive advantage is enhanced by increased open innovation, which fosters organizational collaboration, adaptability, and the development of novel strategies. Through the implementation of open innovation, scrap metal trading companies can leverage diverse ideas and resources, enhancing competitiveness in dynamic market environments. Conclusion: The threat of new entrants in the scrap metal trading industry is low, while the bargaining power of suppliers and buyers is strong. The threat from substitute products is weak, and the rivalry among existing competitors is intense. Open innovation contributes to competitive advantage by promoting collaboration, encouraging adaptability, and supporting strategic innovation.

| Risk Analysis of Conveyor Material Handling in the Production Process of Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil with FMECA and FTA Methods | Author : Syahrul Ardiansyah, Ellysa Nursanti, Dimas Indra Laksamana | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :Oil palm is one type of plantation crop that occupies an important position in the agricultural sector and the plantation sector, and is a mainstay commodity of Indonesia whose development is very rapid. Good Material Handling is minimizing material handling costs, minimizing disruption or risk and delays in the production process. One of the companies engaged in the palm oil industry is PT. BSI which is a company engaged in the palm fruit processing industry. The products produced are crude palm oil (CPO), kernel, and fiber which implement a material handling system. However, the material handling process that is applied still experiences disturbances whose risks have an impact on the production process. So that researchers want to know the value of material handling risks that occur at PT.BSI with FMECA and FTA methods. The results of this study are at the risk identification stage using the FMECA method obtained six lists of risks that have an RPN value above 200 this is included in the very high and Unacceptable category. Then after further analysis using the FMECA method also that the six risks have decreased where the RPN value is less than 180 so that it is included in the high and tolerable categories. Then for the FTA analysis that the problem of these risks, namely conveyor trips and conveyor blockages, needs to be checked on a regularly scheduled conveyor leaf and implement a routine maintenance schedule and provide training to operators before carrying out work.

| Phonological Error Analysis in Reading Arabic Texts by Ninth Grade Students at the Wustha Level, Nurus Salam Islamic Boarding School, Mentayan, Bantan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency | Author : Edi Suyanto, Marhamah Ulfa, Roinah, Triana Susanti | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study attempts to identify the causes that led to the phonological mistakes of the stressing side, pauses, tones, and intonations in the Arabic text read by students at the Nurus Salam Mentayan Resident Houses 9th grade Wustha level. The error analysis approach is used in this investigation to track the development of Arabic text reading abilities. In addition to recording techniques, freely engaged dialectical methods and observation are used in data collection. The studys findings demonstrated 50 errors in the stressed speech in both the speech and the sentence. The pause happened when one spoke the ma`rifat phrases in a sentence or number when one spoke the word Qaul and the phrase that came from it, and when one spoke the words and responses. 43 reading tones do not match the words meaning; 4) 32 intonations on the intonation tune do not match the sentence or numbers context. Since intonations are uttered consistently without regard to meaning, they cannot convey the structure and meaning of numbers. Several variables contribute to the incidence of mistakes, such as: 1) When it comes to suprasegmental sounds, particularly stressing, pauses, tones, and intonation, teachers pay insufficient attention to them. 2) In theory, no subjects like ashwat can accept the super-segmental sound element. 3) The mother tongue heavily impacts the use of this suprasegmental noise, as the students reading habits of Indonesians are also flat, meaning they ignore tone, intonation, stressing, and pauses.
