Akefur Rahaman | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :With the increase of information technology, the use of e-banking products recently increases tremendously in Bangladesh. So, a study is conducted to determine the direct impact of information system quality on perceived bank performance and the also indirect impact of information system quality on perceived bank performance with e-banking product mediation. Under these circumstances, the value of information system quality, perceived bank performance and e-banking product outcome are measured with five points Likert scale, with 1 being the most strongly disagreed and 5 the most strongly agreed with the statement in a close ended survey questionnaire response from 240 respondents selected by purposefully sampling method in Chattogram city, Bangladesh. In the factor analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) method is developed to classify the data into three factor and validate with Cronbachs alpha, convergent and discriminant value from collected questionnaire response in IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the above classification, structure equation model (SEM) is developed in IBM SPSS AMOS 22 to identify the mediation effect of e-banking product in the information system quality on perceived bank performance and validate with model validity. The bank authority may increase the e-banking product, which will increase the information system quality on perceived bank performance. These values include Tawassu?, Tawazun, Itidal, Tasamu?, Musawah, Shura, Islah, Awlawiyyah, Ta?awwur wa ibtikar, and Tahaddur. The integration process also includes other values related to the five soul values that underlie the life of the two Islamic boarding schools. Integrating wasa?iyyah values in the two Islamic boarding schools was done through a contributive-cultural, integrated-intra-curricular, textual-additive, and contextually applicable approach. Wasa?iyyah values are integrated into the curriculum through the Prescribed/intended curriculum, also called the core curriculum and Hidden Curriculum. Site 1 (Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 11 Ittihadul Ummah Poso) adds the Tested curriculum type. | Ergonomic Workstation Design for Online Shop Live Streamers: Reducing Musculoskeletal Disorders (Pt. Xyz Case Study) | Author : Lulud Akidin Priyono, Julianus Hutabarat, Renny Septiari | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study was conducted at PT. XYZ to evaluate and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among host streamers through the design of ergonomic workstations. The research method used was a quantitative case study approach, with the population consisting of employees at PT. XYZ who worked as host streamers. Purposive sampling was employed to select 10 respondents who frequently experienced fatigue and complaints in specific body areas. Primary data were collected through observation, questionnaires, guidelines, and interviews. Posture measurements were taken using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) methods. The results indicated that prior to the intervention, host streamers had REBA and RULA scores that signified a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in the neck, shoulders, back, and legs. After implementing an adjustable live streaming workstation design, along with adjustments to lighting and microphone positions, there was a significant decrease in the REBA and RULA scores. The REBA score decreased from 10 to 1, and the average RULA score dropped from 7 to 3. This indicated a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. The conclusion of the study was that the design of an adjustable ergonomic workstation significantly reduced the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among host streamers at PT. XYZ, thereby enhancing worker comfort and health during live streaming.
